6 Steps to a durable exterior by; Painting By ROLANDO.

1. POWER WASHING; Environmentely friendly cleaners are used to remove dirty, dust and mildew so the new fininsh paint will adhere properly.
2. SCRAPING; Scrape all loose and peeling paint ensure a firm base for the new paint.
3. CAULKING; Caulk all previously caulked gaps and cracks to seal out moisture and drafts.
4. SANDING; To de-gloss where necessary to promote adhesion of the top coat.
5. PRIMING; Spot prime where bare areas with exterior oil primer to seal substrates so as to allow proper finish coat for best intercoat adhesion.
6. FINISH COAT; One or two finish coat using the best exterior paint.
